2024-25 Season

This season we performed at St Francis of Assisi, West Wickham and St Mark’s Church, Bromley.

Saturday 16th November – Stanford’s Legacy

Charles Villiers Stanford died 100 years ago, in 1924. He was a true great of the choral church music tradition, and also a teacher of enormous significance. While at the Royal College of Music he taught a number of significant students, including Howells, Ireland, Holst, and Vaughan Williams, and it is these and many more that we celebrate.

Saturday 14th December – Carols by Candlelight

We were delighted to present an evening of song and festive cheer with the BYMT Junior Singers!

Saturday 29th March – The Creation

We were delighted to present a performance of Joseph Haydn’s The Creation, under the direction of Stephen Anthony Brown, with the Rosenau Sinfonia and soprano Zita Syme, tenor Alex Aldren and baritone Pauls Putnins.

Saturday 5th July – French & American Part-Songs

We were excited to present a performance of works by French and American composers, including Barber, Debussy, Ravel, Poulenc and Whitacre. Some familiar, some probably new to you!
